Situated in Castletown, this 3-bedroom house is fully self-contained.
With 2 double bedrooms, one bedroom with a set of bunks, and a sofa bed in the living area, it sleeps 4 adults and 4 children.
The bathroom has a shower and bathtub, and there is a separate toilet. The laundry has a washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the lounge has comfortable couches and chairs and a TV and DVD player, as well as a reverse cycle air-conditioning.
The house is walking distance to the beach and to a pub/restaurant.
A small dog is welcome by prior arrangement, the back garden is fully fenced off.

Directions: From the post office, follow Dempster street going north (towards the Visitor Centre). Drive past the Visitor Centre (on your right). Dempster street then becomes Norseman road, follow Norseman Road. Drive past the Goldfields Road turnoff (stay on Norseman Road), you will drive past a big caravan park on your right. Stay in the right lane on Norseman road, you'll see the Irene street turnoff on the right but keep driving along Norseman road, Phyllis street is the one after that. Turn right into Phyllis street, number 6a is on the right hand side. |

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
If cancelled more than 14 days before arrival there is no fee. If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival a one night fee will be charged. If cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival there is no refund. Please note there is a $22 booking centre cancellation fee on top of this.
A cot and high chair is available on request please mention it in your booking.
