Cancellations: No refund within 30 days of a low season booking. If more than 30 days notice is given a refund of your deposit less 20% cancellation fee will apply. High season bookings will be charged a one night cancellation fee within two calendar months of the booking and a two night cancellation fee within 30 days of the booking.
High season deposit ~ 2 nights accommodation Low season deposit ~ 1 nights accommodation.
Please note: Minimum booking periods apply to all long weekends and School Holidays. Rates are subject to change. Single night bookings will attract an additional charge of $25.00
