HALF DAY TOUR OPTION
Half Day Cruises, Depart 9.00am, return 1.00pm.
Departing from the Taylor St Jetty at 9.00am sharp, cruise past the Esperance foreshore
and closer beaches of Esperance before heading out to various islands in the Recherche Archipelago. Enjoy a full commentary throughout the cruise whilst viewing wildlife in their natural environment.
Our regular sightings include:
- New Zealand Fur Seals
- Australian Sea Lions
- Cape Barren Geese
- Common and Bottlenose Dolphins
- White-breasted Sea Eagles (including feeding)
- Whales (September & October)
The highlight of the morning is a 1.5 hr (approx) stay on beautiful Woody Island with
complimentary morning tea served in the Visitor Centre.
The boat then departs from Woody Island at 12.30pm and returns to Esperance by
1.00pm.
Half Day Option Tour Prices:
Adults $95, Concession $90, Child $40, Infant $20
Family (2 Adults + 2 Children/Infant) $235 - additional $30 extra child, $15 extra infant

FULL DAY TOUR OPTION
Departs 9am with Half Day Option, returns 4pm
For those who truly want to experience what beautiful Woody Island has to offer why not extend your tour to an all inclusive Full Day Package. This tour begins with the Half Day Option which cruises through the Recherche Archipelago viewing the wildlife in its natural environment. Once you arrive at Woody Island and enjoy the complimentary morning tea, the remainder of the day is spent exploring the Island's many attractions. Activities include:
A short or long guided bushwalk. Learn about the history of the island, including the tale of Twiggys Landing, and take in the stunning views of the surrounding islands and Cape Le Grand National Park.
A buffet BBQ lunch is served on the deck of the Woody Island Visitor Centre.
Swimming, snorkelling (mask & fins supplied) or jetty fishing (Hire or BYO equipment).
The vessel departs from Woody Island at 3:30pm and returns to Esperance by 4:00pm.
