Swans Veterinary Services, also located on Sheldon Road can board cats and offer excellent veterinary services and dog grooming. And for dog grooming, Doggy Wellness Esperance is located in Balmoral Square (Ph: 9071 3363). So book your pooch in for some pampering while you head out and enjoy our wonderful area.

The cycle path along the Esplanade is a great place to walk your dog. The best walk in town is on Twilight Beach Road. Drive to the West Beach carpark and get onto the cyclepath there and head towards Blue Haven.
Twilight Cove is the only beach along the drive you cannot take your dog. All the other beaches (West Beach, 10-mile lagoon, etc) are dog friendly.
There are a few bush camping areas where you can camp with your dog too - please click here for more info.
You cannot "bush" camp along the Great Ocean Drive or close to the town centre. Four caravan parks in town accept your dogs (some with conditions), please use them. Enjoy your holiday - and we hope your dog enjoys their holiday too
