Description
Sandcastle by the Sea is a 3-bedroom house that sleeps up to 7 guests. The house is only a 3-minute walk from one of many pristine beaches along the Esperance coastline. The Sandcastle offers a relaxed vibe in the airconditioned open plan kitchen, living and dining area with a wood fire (wood provided) and a kids corner with toys, games and puzzles. There are 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 2 double beds) with an extra single bed in the kids’ corner. A cot and highchair are available for guests to use. The shower and separate toilet are next to the bedrooms, as well as a laundry with a washing machine available for guests, which leads to an outdoor shower for rinsing the saltwater on return from the beach. There is a patio with a dining area and BBQ in the backyard and fenced in grass in the front yard with a child safe gate. In summertime, a swim and stroll at the beach is a must. In winter, a glass of wine by the wood fireplace will set the mood for a well-deserved break.

Directions
When entering Esperance from the South Coast Highway (Ravensthorpe), turn right onto Harbour Road, then left onto Sheldon Road. Keep going straight until you reach a T-section. Turn right onto Norseman Road, then left at the Esperance RAC Holiday Park onto Goldfields Road. Go straight until you get to the IGA on your left, across from the IGA is Mitchell Street (Lion's Park on the corner) turn right into Mitchell Street. Keep going straight until you get to a give-away sign, on the corner of Mitchell and Chaplin Street. The Sandcastle is on your left. A light brick building with a tin roof and a white fence. When entering from Norseman Road, when entering the circle, take the second exit to stay on Norseman Road. Keep going straight and turn left at the Esperance RAC Holiday Park, Goldfields Road. Go straight until you get to the IGA on your left, across from the IGA is Mitchell Street (Lion's Park on the corner) turn right into Mitchell Street. Keep going straight until you get to a give-away sign, on the corner of Mitchell and Chaplin Street. The Sandcastle is on your left. A light brick building with a tin roof and a white fence. When coming from Condingup’s side, enter the circle and take the first exit onto Norseman Road. Keep going straight and turn left at the Esperance RAC Holiday Park, Goldfields Road. Go straight until you get to the IGA on your left, across from the IGA is Mitchell Street (Lion's Park on the corner) turn right into Mitchell Street. Keep going straight until you get to a give-away sign, on the corner of Mitchell and Chaplin Street. The Sandcastle is on your left. A light brick building with a tin roof and a white fence.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. This is on top of the $22 cancellation fee for the booking agent (Visitor Centre)
