Mackenzies Island Cruises reserves the right to cancel any cruise at short notice due to unfavourable weather conditions or insufficient numbers.
For Accommodation
If you have to cancel or amend all or part of your holiday an administration fee of $30 is charged and the cancellation fees will be applicable relative to the amount of notice given.
60 or more days: 100% refundable
31 - 59 days: 50% refundable 50% transferable
8 - 30 days: 100% transferable
7 or less days: No Refund applicable
