The best place to stay informed on COVID-19 pandemic, including updates, alerts and resources, is to visit the Australian Government's Department of Health and the Healthy WA website.

The Australian Government has released a new COVID-19 app. Easy to use, this has all the latest news from Federal and State Governments on health, travel and education and more. Available on Apple & Google Play Stores. To access the WhatsApp version, Message +61 400 253 787 or go to aus.gov.au/whatsapp in your web browser to get information you can trust from the official Australian Government chatbot.

If you are concerned about COVID-19, call the Coronavirus Health Information Line on 1800 020 080 for advice. The line operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


 Call 13COVID (132 68 43) for the latest information regarding the impact of the virus in Western Australia. The hotline will operate seven days a week, from 7am to 10pm.
 
As well as hearing important COVID-19 prevention tips, callers are given a range of options directing them to the relevant sources of information for their needs. In terms of health, this includes information for people experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, those in self-isolation, or calling as health practitioners. Options also include information on impacts for families, businesses, schools and health care providers, and up-to-date advice on restrictions to travel and public gatherings.
