THE SONG WRITING SERIES: CONNECTION, COLLABORATION & CREATIVITY
A short course on song writing hosted by Kyron Smithson of Kyza Presents, with a view to connection, collaboration and creativity through song writing.
JAN 7: Our third and final workshop will focus upon taking pieces created over the first two sessions and preparing them for delivery in the live realm. Participants are invited to perform their pieces at the Launch of The Cannery Arts Centres Art In Isolation Exhibition.
All sessions are free to attend and open to all ages.

Workshop 1 - An introductory session will act as a platform for attendees to discuss their interest in song writing while Kyron covers a range of simple methods that can aid in the development of songs.
Workshop 2 - Our second session collaborative song writing will look at working with others to bring a song to life through the addition of music, melody, and percussion.
