A fantastic location ideally situated on the iconic Esperance Esplanade Foreshore in the town centre, directly opposite the Esperance Bay Yacht Club, Esperance Skatepark & Esperance Foreshore Swimming Beach, 2 minute stroll to cafes, pubs and shopping precinct.

It’s a comfortable solid self-contained Oldie presented as a Beach House – well equipped with quality beds and linen and all the little extras to provide a home away from home, from which to Experience Esperance.

The large yard and spacious rooms mean that you can bring your family, kids, friends, workmates, boat, fishing gear and toys.

But best of all the whole place is set up to be your own home – at least for the length of your stay.

Things You Need To Know: 4 bedrooms (sleeps 6, Linen Supplied), 1 bathroom (shower & bath), 1 toilet, Family Room, Lounge room & TV, Kitchen / Dining (Fridge with Freezer / Oven / Microwave), Outdoor BBQ area, Outdoor Laundry (Washing Machine), Parking on-site.

Minimum number of nights apply (shorter stays by prior arrangement with a possible surcharge).

The house is at 70 The Esplanade, directly opposite the Esperance Yacht Club. Parking is at the back of the house and rear entry to house.

Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions Policy – Esperance Esplanade Beach House.

We welcome you to our property and it is our vision that it serves as your Home away from Home for the length of your stay.

This policy has been developed to provide guidelines to guests on house and neighborhood expectations and to ensure that we can economically prepare the property for our next guest.

Although most guests are respectful of the property in the unlikely event that guests do not understand the expectations associated with short stay accommodation and choose not to do ‘The Right Thing’ by us (your owner/hosts) and the neighborhood (our community) we have developed this policy so that expectations are clear for both you (our guests) and us (owner/hosts).

We also ask that you contact us should there be any issues of which we may not be aware so that equally we can endeavor to meet your needs. We cannot help if we do not know…

DEFINITIONS

“Bookings” means the period for which you have paid to stay at the Property.

“Property” means – Esperance Esplanade “Beach House” 70 The Esplanade Esperance Western Australia 6450 and all its fixtures fittings and equipment.

“Management” means the Owners and Managers of the Property.

“Guests” means the persons who stay overnight in the Property during the Booking.

“Visitor” means a person a Guest permits to visit the Property during the Booking.

ACCEPTANCE & RESPONSIBILITY

Payment of the Deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and Check-out time is no later than 10am on departure date. Earlier Check-in may be available by arrangement.

If Check-in is expected to be later than 8pm then an additional Check-in Charge of $50 may occur.

Credit Card details and proof of identity (Passport or Drivers Licence) will be taken at time of Check-in.

Late Departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability and extra charges may apply.

You must notify Management of expected arrival time and a mobile contact number at least 3 days before arrival. Note that if your arrival time is outside the pre-arranged time then you may be expected to pick up the key direct from Owner or incur a late Check-in charge.

Check-in / Check-out and key collection / return procedure will be as follows:

Collection – Key will need to be collected from Owner at Cindy Poole Glass Gallery Lot 5 Longbottom Lane Esperance or by direct arrangement from Owner / Manager.

Key Return – Place keys in Key Return box unless special arrangements have been made prior to arrival.

PAYMENTS

Payments of the amount due must be received in Australian $ net of any bank or other transaction charges.

Please ensure payments are made within the specified time limits or the Booking will be cancelled automatically without notice or liability to you.

CANCELLATION OR VARIATION

If you wish to vary or cancel your Booking through the Esperance Visitor Centre please contact us immediately on 08 9083 1555 or email: bookings@visitesperance.com.

Your deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

If you have paid more than the deposit or paid in full and cancel your Booking you will be refunded.

A variation of the Booking which reduces the number of nights stay will be treated as a cancellation of the Booking in respect of those nights.

A variation of the Booking which reduces the number of guests will be treated as a cancellation of the Booking in respect of those guests.

An administration charge of $50 will be charged for any variation or cancellation.

If Management is able to re-let the Property for the period cancelled a further refund may be made less administration charges commissions and expenses.

We have a minimum night stay policy of 5 nights (season dependent and confirmed at time of booking). No refund will be made for a variation to the extent that it breaches our minimum nights stay.

SECURITY BOND

A bond payment of $350 is required at the same time as the outstanding balance of your Booking. It will be credited to your designated payment method once our property has been inspected and deemed left in a similar state to your arrival. We agree to ensure this occurs within 7 working days of your departure.

Any damage loss or expense incurred by Management because of your breach of these Terms & Conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage damage or excess cleaning requirements extra guests beyond those declared.

UNAVAILABILITY

If the Property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. fire storm damage etc) then Management will inform you immediately and endeavor to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your occupancy; failing which any moneys paid will be refunded in full.

PARTIES & FUNCTIONS

Parties and Functions are strictly PROHIBITED.

Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra charges for security cleaning garbage removal wear and tear repairs etc.

LINEN & TOWELS

We supply linen pillows blankets and towels which must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bath room on departure. Beach towels are not included and house towels must not be used for the beach. A replacement charge will be taken from the bond if this occurs.

PETS

We have a no pet policy.

YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

You must comply with all applicable House Rules and all instructions from Management and the caretakers of the Property concerning occupancy property health safety and quiet enjoyment of the Property and our neighbours.

You are responsible for damage breakages theft and loss of the Property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Management may recover from you repair or replacement cost (at Management’s discretion).

Only the guests nominated and agreed in the Booking may stay in the Property overnight. If any other guests are found to have stayed extra charges will apply and or the agreement may be terminated without refund.

Disturbance to our neighbors including excessive noise is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses.

Before departure all food must be removed from fridges all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided and crockery and cutlery washed and packed away. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes washing machine emptying the fridge removal of excessive rubbish etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card if above the cost of the bond.

All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.

The property should be vacated on time and secured. All doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to Management or as otherwise directed.

You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys.

Smoking is not permitted inside the Property but may occur in outdoor area with the condition being that there is no evidence of smoke butts or smell to suggest that smoking has taken place and may make it unpleasant for the next guest.

PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS

In the case of any problem or complaint you must inform Management at the earliest opportunity so Management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours.

Any complaint which cannot be resolved locally must be notified in writing to Management prior to departure from the Property. Failure to follow this procedure this may hinder the ability of Management to rectify the problem or complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim you may have.

We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management are not responsible for any injuries illness or accidents that may occur whilst staying at our property.
