Lucky Gardener’s Barn — Accommodation Cancellation Policy At Lucky Gardener’s Barn Hunter Valley, we understand that plans can change. As a small rural accommodation, cancellations impact our ability to rebook the property, so the following policy applies: Booking Confirmation A booking is confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received. Standard Cancellation Policy 30 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund of payments made, minus any booking or transaction fees. 14–29 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking amount is refundable. Less than 14 days prior to arrival: No refund applies. Date Changes Date changes may be offered at management discretion and are subject to availability. Requests must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival. Any rate differences may apply. No Shows & Early Departures No refunds will be issued for no shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Peak Periods & Special Events Bookings during peak periods, public holidays, long weekends, and special Hunter Valley event dates may be non-refundable unless the property can be rebooked. Force Majeure If travel is prevented due to unforeseen circumstances beyond guest control (natural disaster, government travel restrictions, etc.), we will make every reasonable effort to offer a date change or credit where possible. Travel Insurance Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
