It’s designed for people navigating emotional overwhelm, nervous system dysregulation, grief, burnout, identity shifts, spiritual expansion, or the quiet inner knowing that life is asking them to become someone new. This is not passive relaxation. It’s a deep somatic journey for people ready to stop avoiding intensity and start breathing through it. To meet themselves honestly.
