In a remote village on the island of Carpathia, a shy girl is raised to fear an elusive animal species known as Ochi. But when she discovers a wounded baby Ochi that has been left behind, she escapes on a quest to bring him home. It’s one of those swift-moving tales of a girl on a quest, one that will give her a different view of the world than the one she’s been forced into by her parents.
