Bush Blitz Discovery Day

Come to the Scouts Hall Sunday, April 2nd to learn more about the local flora and fauna and to meet Bush Blitz scientists from the Western Australian Museum, Herbarium and other institutions, who will undertake biodiversity surveys in the region. Bush Blitz is Australia's largest nature discovery program and since 2010 has discovered over 1,800 new species, increasing our scientific knowledge to help us protect our biodiversity for generations to come. This community event is suitable for all ages, there will be fun educational activities for the kids and the Bush Blitz experts will show which animals and plants they have found.
